Published 2019
Executive Summary
WestEd conducted a subject matter expert review of Cognitive ToyBox as a means of content validity. Overall, the subject matter experts offered positive feedback about how well the Cognitive ToyBox assessment aligns with the reviewed Head Start ELOF’s objectives. Experts provided initial observations on three sub-domains (with adults, with other children, and emotional functioning) of the framework and offered justifications about the ratings they provided.
